Perfect place for a city break with a young family

Central location with excellent access to shops, pastels road and restaurants. Check in was easy and the apartment was fully stocked with milk, breakfast and amenities for the family. Just perfect!

Location is great, everything is walking distance, Don't think to rent and drive around. Very narrow streets, no parking, crowded. Uber is very cheap. Apartment was clean, big. Bed was terrible, you couldn't turn around without shaking all bed, mattress very uncomfortable, my husband had back pain, so, he could not get up in the morning. We did not care about their breakfast much except fruits. Breakfast was milk (every day 1 L) juice, loaf of bread (every day fresh one) or plain sandwich rolls, yogurt, cheese , cereal, fruits. We end up with 4 L of juice, milk, bags of bread. I emailed to them asking not to bring it anymore because we don't eat it. We just didn't want to waist the food. It was so many coffee shops with amazing pastries around, we were eating there. Who wants to eat plain boring food in the room?! :) It was safe in the area. We would stay there again. Also their check in time 3pm, we came 35 min early, and we have to wait exactly 3pm.

Great location!!

Beautiful apartment! Spacious very clean, comfortable and in a great location! Tram 28 stops right on the corner! Great communication and very friendly! They have a storage room to hold luggage if you arrive early and self check in is very easy! We had a great time! Would highly recommend a stay here!

Staying at Ouro Grand by Level Residences was an experience. Great location, the unit that we stayed in (1K) was spacious, clean, great furniture and very safe ! The daily breakfast was really appreciated and the times that I seek for additional services was superior. Highly recommend this place !

Everything was beyond expectations. Friendly manager and doorman. Soo was fantastic. Nice fruit, food and breakfast provided. Room was very roomy and comfy with all the amenities needed for a family and more. Location was perfect. Will definitely recommend and if ever back in Lisbon I will be glad to visit again.

Perfect stay for our family of 4!

This was the first time booking an apartment through hotels.com. Our place was perfect. We found a great rate for a 2 BR / 2 Bath. The arrival was easy and we were able to store luggage with the doorman. The delivery of fresh bread and the stocking of the frig was great. Felt like they had gone to the market for us. Super clean. Great location. Awesome cafe right downstairs. I am going to lol for more apartment booking options back in the US as well.

Wonderful, comfortable apartment with a delightful roof-top terrace. Even has a washing machine and a complete kitchen - but no microwave. We loved staying here and will visit again. Amazing location - close to everything or transportation very close by. Lovely staff, easy to get keys. Even helped us store our luggage after check-out.
