The room was not soundproof. Shower had two doors, which I found awkward . The room was very small. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.

I spent 6 nights at the Rossio Plaza Hotel. The central location was very convenient, for meeting guides for day trips, city transportation etc. It is a perfect base for exploring the different areas of Lisbon. The staff were extremely friendly and the hotel itself was spotless. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Great stay at Rossio Plaza Hotel! Very central and convenient location which is of walking distance of most landmarks/sightseeing spots, and only a short drive from the airport. Clean and well presented room. The staff were very friendly and attentive from start to finish - upon check in they gave us a glass of port and recommendations of things to do, and even noticed my partner’s birthday fell during our stay so ensured we had a room with a nice view and left a birthday cake and message in our room on his birthday - which very nice touch! Thank you to the team :)

Rossio Hotel is in a very convenient location in the city centre. I was there for 6 nights. Staying in the relatively flat centre gives you the choice of walking the hills or not. All day trips that I booked had their meeting spot just a 5 minute walk away. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and the hotel itself was spotless. The morning breakfast offered a good variety and the staff there were also very friendly. . I would recommend Rossio Hotel !!

Great hotel in the centre of Lisbon metres from Santa Justa Lift. Modern rooms with usual amenities including fridge etc. Check in fast and easy and breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. I would highly recommend staying in this hotel.

Stayed for 7 nights, for just under $2,000Cdn and yet there was no shampoo or decent soap in the room, you were limited to just 4 free coffees and even though we put the sign on the door requesting the room to be cleaned for 3 straight mornings, it never was. We had to ask reception where the so called dining room was for breakfast on our last day as well as asking for a kettle in the room after the first day. The rooms are not equipped for Europeans at all. The elevator smells pretty bad even though it was clean. Not a great place and certainly not worth the money.

High Quality Cozy Boutique Hotel

All of the staff was kind and accommodating, even before I arrived. I needed to call the hotel with a question and Lucas assisted me very pleasantly. The young woman who checked my husband and I in was also very nice and friendly unfortunately I don’t remember her name. The room was cozy and served the purpose we needed which was somewhere clean to sleep in between events. We came for a Van Zee concert which was close by. The location is perfect to get to A LOT of sites. The thermostat/cooling system had an issue but they resolved it at the front desk. One of the front desk ladies even came upstairs to look at it and when it didn’t work she was able to control the airflow from downstairs so we could sleep comfortably. My only word of advice is to consider firmer pillows because the pillows were very soft and when I put one of top of the other it was too high for my head. I slept fine and this does not change my rating—just friendly suggestion :) I would stay here again! Also shockingly quiet given how busy the streets got. The price for the location was amazing! It definitely should have been more expensive.

Lovely boutique hotel right off Rossio Plaza. The staff was excellent as was the room and proximity to the train, buses, dining and shopping. The only drawback was the view was into a building being refurbished, but was in a state of disrepair. I liked the quirky view of the dilapidated building and nesting pigeons, but hubby wasn't amused.
