When you go in, there is an open space comprising a lounge-dining room with a sofa-bed, armchairs and TV and a kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances: fridge-freezer, oven, vitroceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, juicer and tableware

The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds, one with mountain views, the other with sea views, and 1 full bathroom with bath, sink, toilet and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.

From the living room you have direct access to the terrace that has outdoor furniture, an awning and an electric grill. A staircase leads to the second 77 m2 sun terrace equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers.

Air conditioning, washing machine. Lift. Communal parking space, ideal for storing bicycles, surfboards or a small trailer. It's not big enough for a car.

No smoking and pets are not allowed.
