They said they couldn’t do nothing, we asked the staff for a hotspot from their phone since we needed internet urgently and they need to find a way to get it since we payed for it! My husband then asked if he could call a Cameroonian number from the hotel phone, the staff said the phone would have no credit. This is not ok. I feel like you can only start your hotel when everything is figured out. How can you not have a phone as a hotel? We had to go to the hotel next door and pay for Wi-Fi access. "
