In the quiet countryside, 35 km from Angers and 5 km from the Loire River, this detached barn, located near the owners' house, has been renovated with respect for its heritage and the environment (Ecogîte label). It features a 300 m² private enclosed garden with a south-facing terrace and a vast natural area surrounding the gîte. A salt-water swimming pool is heated from mid-May to the end of September (shared with the owners, dimensions 10x5m).
Ground floor: living room with open-plan fitted kitchen (wood stove), TV lounge, 1 bedroom (140x190 bed), and a disabled-accessible shower/WC. Upstairs: 1 large bedroom (4 single beds, 2 of which can be joined), shower/WC.
Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, baby equipment (crib, bathtub, and high chair).
Included: sheets (beds made), electricity, and aerothermal heating (underfloor heating).
Not included: wood (stove - €10/crate of wood), towels (€5/person), and cleaning fee (mandatory for business guests - €90).
