Class in the City Centre

We were here for 4 nights to see 3 plays including The Tempest at Theatre Royal, Drury Lane. So the location was perfect. The hotel was beautifully appointed and showed lots of thoughtful design details which we appreciated.

Quite literally disappointed

I am deeply saddened to say it was a terrible experience and not at all what I expected from a top London hotel. As a guest in a hotel that offers restaurants and bars you expect to be able to use those facilities and services. To be told that if you would like to order a drink with your 5 work colleagues it would have to be in your bedroom is unacceptable beyond words. Very disappointing.

This hotel is in the perfect location! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again when we come back to Rome. The service was amazing. We could walk to everything and had an amazing time.

This hotel is very expensive for what it lacks no refrigerator in the room just a shower and the toilet and a basin in the bathroom and a Juliett balcony which outdoors outside the window as a playground with yelling kids all the time on top of that above is the rooftop bar and they kept having Events up there into the night, very loud and noisy with young people. I will never stay at this hotel again, not worth it nearly $400 a night for such an inconvenience.
