Great base for exploring London
Great location near Paddington station with lots of shops and early openings. Room was just manageable for 5. Bunk beds are best for younger kids and need a bit of maintenance. Bathroom was lux! Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are a little on the small side but really this no issue. They're spotless, comfortable and the staff were absolutely lovely. Would definitely look to stay here again on our next trip to London.

We were a family of 5 adults. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, accommodating. The rooms were clean, spacious. The hotel is located in a row of hotels, near many restaurants, shops, Paddington station, and a short walk to Hyde Park. We could hear some street noise but that’s a trade off when you in a such a walkable area. Highly recommend.

This hotel is in a great position close to several tube lines, Oxford st and Hyde park. The accomodation is basic but cosy and perfectly fine for a short stay.

The room was booked for 5. 3 adult and 2 children aged 4 and 7. The picture of it made it look more spacious than it actually was. There were bunk beds for the children. The mattress on the top bunk didn't fit There were spaces at the sides. This showed the lattes under neath, there were full of dust. The double bed quilt cover was dirty. Reported it to reception who brought a new cover. I asked if she expected me to do it. She changed the cover. The new one had black spots on. I didn't bother to complain again. The single bed and the bunk beds were next to windows. Although the windows were shut there was a draft through them, they were also dirty. The lamps were covered in dust There was no ventilation in the bathroom. The shower unit was dirty The one and only chair had stains on It's not a place I would recommend because of the aforementioned

Easy in. Easy out. If you’re arriving to London at Heathrow Express Paddington and need a place to crash for the night, this is ideal. The staff was friendly and the room clean.

Great location with friendly and helpful staff. The room was small and the window old and draughty which made it quite cold, and the bathroom was always freezing! Granted it was the coldest November in history with snow…still, the heating system could be improved (old and dusty), but overall, because of the location, cleanliness and friendly staff I would recommend.
