Have to be clear - the apartment was excellent, but the check-in experience was chaotic. Hotels.Com don't make it clear you need photo ID to check in, via a WhatsApp message on the CW phone number, itself not easy to find on the booking sheet. However once that's sorted, the place I had was warm, comfortable, all the amenities with washing machine, oven, microwave, big tv etc - ideally suited for needs during my stay. Look forward to being there another time!
