High quality hotel in great location.
Compact rooms but very high quality finished throughout the hotel and the room. The beds are very comfortable and there is no noise, the rooms are very well sound proofed.

Operating everything by the iPad was very novel. We had fun changing the colours! Found it to be extremely quiet with friendly and helpful staff. Bed very comfortable.

Great hotel for seeing Hamilton
Great place to stay if you're seeing a show around victoria (Hamilton or wicked). Loved the modern look. Really comfy. We enjoyed controlling the room from the tablet. The only one little issue is having to fiddle with the lights on the tablet if you need to go to the toilet in the middle of the night. Lots of other light fixtures also had physical switches. The toilet could probably do with one too. Sorry if there was and we missed it.

Great hotel in great location. Very close to major train/transport station, theatres and the palace is walking distance. Hotel was funky and modern. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is well-maintained, with modern rooms featuring technology to adjust lighting and blackout settings. The rooms are cozy, and the common areas provide a great space to relax. Food and drinks are available 24/7, and the staff is incredibly friendly, ensuring a memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return. The only downside, which isn’t the hotel’s fault, is the presence of some homeless individuals across the street. While it’s a city issue, the area is a bit untidy, which made us feel a bit unsafe at times. However, they kept to themselves and didn’t cause any trouble.

Staffs r friendly, impeccably helpful. However, I didn’t know there is no cleaning in the 3 nights stay which is a bit ….. breakfast is hot ( the sausage cooked to perfection with caramelised scrips skin n scramble egg is velvety buttery with chive on top! Coconut yoghurt , mozzarella balls,fresh blueberries etc) in European standard is good ! Neighbourhood around the hotel is scary, many homeless around. Transportation is convenient. Take Heathrow express then bus 36 ( if the train hasn’t started )
