The accommodation is next to Brough tube station so has good transport links. It is very convenient for Borough High Street and Borough Market. A short walk to London Bridge or the Thames path. A good variety of places to eat close by. The shared bathroom was very clean but would benefit from hooks to hang towels, clothes etc. Room was small but well equipped with sink, tea tray and tv but not all the plugs worked, nor did the over-bed lamp. It was in need of decoration in Dec 2024. Location is convenient for transport links and room was acceptable for a short stay where we just needed a warm clean place to sleep.

No towels?!
Unmanned property. Check in was straightforward, but upon entering my room I discovered no towels. Difficult to address that when the property is unmanned. Never worth the £150 I paid in a million years.
Terrible experience: cold showers (fixed about one hour later but too late for our timeline of events so we had to have ice cold showers - in December!!), faceless property without any staff on site, VERY noisy rooms (you can hear people walking and talking in adjacent rooms and upstairs) and to top it all off the maid walked in (we were still in bed) an hour before checkout time without even knocking on the door.
Carpets in the hallways are very stained and look like a building site.
Customer service has been very uncooperative and even implied we were lying, so we would highly recommend avoiding this brand of properties.
Terrible plugs in the room only one worked there was damp on the ceiling above are heads room looked nothing like the photos feel ripped off the floor was more comfortable then the bed found someone’s hair on the pillows off arrival the door lock was had no back exposing the inside of it the light above the bed was held on by a wire and tape bathing in the hallway was a mess
Nice clean hotel in a great central location. Room was clean, bathroom was much nicer than comparable hotels I have stayed in.

Very poor compared to the last time I stayed
I have stayed before and was content, however my most recent stay failed to meet expectations.
Initially the online only check in didn't work, I was checked in but the code was invalid, needed to contact call centre for a new one to progress.
Got into the room to find it very cold with both heaters unplugged.
Then find TV missing the remote,
Settled in to very cold bed, but mattress was very lumpy and uncomfortable.
Had to queue for the shared showers in the morning and then when I got to the front there was no hot water. A cold shower after a cold night was rather unwelcome.

Basic and clean but the heater in the room wasn’t working!
NO SIGN TO THE BATHROOM, HAD TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE MAN HAD ME WALKING ALL OVER THE PROPERTY LIKE AN IDIOT FOR AGES UNTIL IT GOT TO THE POINT WHERE I WOKE UP A GUEST AND SHE POINTED ME TO THE BATHROOM. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. The customer service guy was somewhere on the other side of the world and sent me THE WRONG WAY bc his directions were WRONG.
