Everything was good, I think the only thing that was missing that I’m used to is a microwave but other than that, the bed was very comfortable and it was near the airport, which made it very convenient for me being my first time in the UK.

Overall, a decent overnight stay.
Check-in was smooth and they let us into the room early much to our relief. Slight musty smell when we entered the room (367) but otherwise it was comfortable and we slept well. Very quiet room. Urban restaurant in the evening was adequate. Took us too long to get seated (the restaurant was not busy). Food came quickly but service from some of the staff was slow with a feeling of being uninterested, so that was disappointing. Self-service breakfast was included with our room rate and decent. No selection of any hams or cheeses etc. at least when we stayed - I spoke to two Dutchies who were very disappointed with the offering. Location of the hotel is convenient to terminal 4. Getting to terminal 2/3 can be done by the Elizabeth line and it is free - just obtain a free travel ticket from the ticket machine. Would stay here again, but eat elsewhere in the evening.

I was traveling solo from United States and last min booked a room here the day of. Unfortunately I booked it two weeks out. I didn’t know this until I tried checking in nov 19. The lady was so rude to me. Very rude. Unprofessional. She did not care of my mistake, or try to help me find a room. She wouldn’t care if I had to sleep on the streets. I found a hotel elsewhere who was FULLY BOOKED and they still helped me. I never stayed on the 3rd, they wouldn’t do a refund. Will not stay at that property.
