The website said an airport shuttle was available from here but upon arrival was told the airport shuttle stopped serving this hotel when covid hit and was subsequently cancelled, and the nearest tube station, while just down the road, is only accessible by stairs so would be challenging if you have luggage - so we had to pay for a taxi to get to Heathrow (which was 30 mins late). One of the two elevators was not working throughout our stay and that one working elevator was constantly being used by housekeeping staff and we had to wait almost 20 minutes before we saw an opportunity to jump in front of housekeeping staff just to get in the elevator. Not the politest thing to do but after a 3 hour trip up to London, all we wanted to do was get up to our room. The photos were deceptive and did not highlight that the shower is in the bedroom! The toilet is in a room the size of a cupboard so it is hard to close the door once seated. The room was tight and there was a the stain on the lower end of the bedsheet. The front desk staff were polite.

Stay was okay disappointed there were no bags in the toilet for lady things wasn’t happy that the shower went into the lthe bedroom . No bags in the bins to put the rubbish in. Aircon did nothing but rattle through the night. There was a stupid piece of wood between the two beds.

The rooms are tiny, but extremely over priced. My room had no sound proofing - despite being directly under the heathrow flight path. The bedding was thin and not enough pillows.

The stay was fantastic The staff on the front desk were amazing and outstanding and so friendly We asked for rooms so we could have a chan to see the planes landing or taking off We got those to the car park also cost effective

The rooms are extremely tiny considering the price. You could barely sit on the toilet sit because the toilet was so tiny. The worst I have seen in my whole life and since I have been staying in hotels. I will never ever stay in such rooms and certainly will not recommend the property to anyone.
