nice Apartment but need kinda better maintenance
So we arrived at the given address and first we had to wait for the lady with the key for approx. 15 minutes. After that, she walked us to the location another 5 min. around the block to get to the right address - as apparently they have different apartments in various locations around "The circle" (ours was at the "Three Oak Ln"). The lady was really nice & explained everything all the "goes" and "NON-goes".
There's a nice little balcony, but which is useless, as you're not really allowed to use in the evening with a glass of wine or so (or a smoke), as the noise/echoing in the back is way too loud for the neighbourhood, and there would be complaints. After showing us the rooms/etc. she left. We freshed up & before we left to explore the city, we wanted to close the windows as it was kinda chilly. But that was impossible as the handle wasn't screwed properly and everything felt apart, this happened in two rooms. So we had to call the lady again for coming back and fixing the windows.
Apart of that, the apartment was really nice with a fully equipped kitchen. The price is okay if you're more than 2 persons. We were 4 so it was ok, for 2 it would be kinda expensive.
