Great Apartment in great neighborhood
We loved staying at this apartment in Nottingham Hill. It was the perfect place for a few days in London, in a beautiful neighborhood and 2mins away from the tube. Especially useful were the two bathrooms each with a shower! We would definitely come back here next time we‘re in London!

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach super, die Lage ist perfekt um London zu erkunden. Man hört zwar nachts die Tube aber das hat uns nicht gestört - wir waren nach jedem Tag so müde... Man ist in einer schönen & sicheren Nachbarschaft :)

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr gute Lage
Wir haben hier einen tollen Urlaub mit unseren 2 Kindern verbracht. Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr zentral und in der Nähe der U-Bahnstation gelegen. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft war super, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Parkplatz vor der Haustür war ein großes Plus. Gerne wieder.

The apartment is well located. It is big enough for 4 people and has everything you need. Although it is a bit off the main street, it is a bit noisy because you can hear the subway from the nearby train station. We can definitely recommend the apartment.

We had a fabulous time in Robs Appartement in Notting Hill. The place has a great location, close to the tube as well as Bus Station. It was tidy and perfect for two adults and two teenagers. Rob gave very good advise about places to see and where to eat. Communication was great and quick. We will come back and recommand the place

Lovely apartment in nice environment
The flat is in the center of Notting Hill, between Kensington Gardens and Holland Park. It has everything you need, it is nice and cozy. It is a bit loud since you hear the tube in the station nearby. But we still slept well. Rob is a wonderful host, you can approach him easily and he really takes care.

Charming little house in charming area of London
The house is very well situated an well equiped with a kitchen and two shower-rooms. Rob answered always kindly and quickly for our questions. A lot of pobs, restaurants, cafés and supermarkets very close. De fell in love with Notting Hill and Portobello market. We recommand the location!

We had a great time at Rob's place. The little house is quite small but is was big enough for us with our two kids. Everything is very clean and we found everything we needed. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood and it's very easy to get to the city center.

The flat is in a lovely part of London, small charming residential streets near cafes, shops, pubs and restaurants. Just around the corner from the underground station and easy to get to all parts of the city. The flat itself is comfortable, clean and has everything you need. Highly recommend

Adequate space, with a few quirks
This space worked for my family member and I, though we wish there had been some additional notes in the property description. The check-in process was easy and clear, and the two bed and two bathroom situation was great. That said, the house is right above the tube station and you can hear/feel the trains rumble when they come by (can be an issue if you need quiet or did not bring ear plugs). The toilet seat in the main bathroom was much too small for the toilet bowl, and the bathroom had an on and off smell of sewage.Otherwise, I thought the price was a good value for being in a great neighborhood with access to the tube station.

Fast trip to London
Perfect location for 3 Adults. A good value for a private, quiet and comfortable place to call a home away from home while seeing all the historic and memorable sights. I had a little trouble understanding the dual washer/dryer machine so had to air dry. May be good to have some instructions for those of use to two separate machines. Great host.

GREATT LOCATION
Rob’s place made me a VRBO believer! ABNB didn’t provide enough options so we stumbled upon this conveniently located gem for our first visit to London. Rob’s directions were easily followed with no communication problems. We were allowed an early check in and check out - major bonus. And the ladies who help Rob were diligent in changing linens. The flat itself is less than a five minute walk to the tube, shopping & restaurants. It also uniquely stands out among all the colorful houses in the safe Nottingham neighborhood. The main bedroom has a comfy queen mattress & an ensuite bath with a shower. The living area combines with a fully stocked kitchen and washing machine (plan to air dry your clothes) and has a fold out futon that is a bit small for two adults. But the big surprise was the second fully stocked bathroom with shower - another major bonus. The only thing we would have liked in the master is a mini fridge bc you do have to intrude in the living space to access the fridge. And a pull out couch would be better than a futon. The flat is above the tube but barely audible. It does make the lights flash when it goes by. That could be problematic for those with sensory issues. But I imagine that occurs with all the flats in the area. Also, bring an eye mask for sleep as the sky light in the living room is super bright. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Rob’s place and feel like the flat was well worth the cost. Thanks for hosting us, Rob!

Hosts were very thoughtful with amenities and a great orientation to the neighborhood. Location was safe and convenient to restaurants, a great pub, the Underground, and stores to pack the fridge. We will try to book this property again when we return. Five stars!

Apartment located in a quiet area, in a wonderful neighborhood. Close to Portobello market, restaurants, shops, museums, parks, etc. The house is small, but well equipped, clean and very comfortable. The owner is lovely, he gave us all the necessary information before entering and it was not necessary to contact him during our stay, because everything was fine. Recommended if you want to visit London and move around comfortably. Thank you very much for everything.

Super convenient Location
Great communication with Rob throughout! He was super helpful and gave lots of advice. The space was perfectly placed near to the tube and suited us with with 2 adults in one room and 2 kids on the sofa bed - the 2 bathrooms with 2 showers was great! I didn't really notice the noise even though it was close by. The rooms were clean and well kept. There was good space for our 3 large suitcases and it really helped to be able to drop off our bags when we arrived and we could leave them later in the day before travelling home. It was also really helpful to have a few basic items in the cupboards to make tea/coffee and numerous cleaning products too. The shower gel/shampoo/conditioner were also a blessing on our first night. The extra fans were much appreciated on hotter evenings. Didn't end up using the TV as it was a bit awkward trying to find a way to log in so we gave up - plus we were super busy and didn't really have time to watch it anyway. Couple of things to note: while there is a washer/dryer it was impossible for us to get the clothes dry so best to use the dry cleaners at the end of the street if you need to do washing. Couple of minor areas for improvement would be more mugs/wine glasses since these were very limited and the lid on the bin needs replacing.
