The bar food is overpriced and average. I understand you can't control the wind, but i may as well have kept the window open all night. The screeching noise through the windows kept me awake all night. Might as well of stayed in a cheap b&b

Busy hotel but excellent access to Heathrow. They have a great kiosk to book hotel transfer - you can enter all travelling and quantity of luggage - super helpful. Only one main restaurant which was pricey there is a bar with smaller food options. Staff were helpful

Booked a family room for the night as we had an early flight the next morning. Great value as we actually had two interconnecting rooms - one king, one twin each with their own bathrooms. The rooms were a little tired and need updating (torn carpet, old bathroom fixtures) but it served the purpose. Parking on site which was a reasonable cost for one night. Took ages to check in as only one person on the desk (at around 8.30pm) so there was a big queue. Didn’t use restaurant or any other hotel facilities so can’t comment further.

Perfect pre travel stop over. Pre or post flight. The gym in this hotel is incredible if that’s your thing. The rooms are generous, a little dated but overall very comfortable. The bar is great to work in, to catch up in between traveling.

Stayed for one night and chose the Radisson due to its prestigious brand thinking the service level would match . All I wanted was a desperately needed good nights sleep. That’s the general expectation when paying to stay at a hotel . I could have stayed at a travel lodge and I’m so annoyed with my decision to stay here at the Radisson Edwardian Heathrow airport instead. The staff are absolutely a joke. Rude unwelcoming welcome at check in and wasn’t even given full information you’d expect at the very minimum. Dreadful rude staff. I overlooked this as I desperately just wanted to sleep from undergoing terminal illness treatment. Went straight to sleep and looked forward to making my flight the next day . At 5am the room’s phone alarm went off continuously which frightened the hell out of me when I answered the hotel staff loudly said somebody else’s name and insisted that it was my wake up call?! I responded to say I never asked for a wake up call and the staff member kept saying no you are with the tour and this is what you’ve asked for. I had no idea what he was talking about. I put the phone down and went back to sleep. However by this time my sleep was disturbed. A few moments later the horrible phone alarm continuously went off againthis time it was the hotel manager insisting that I had asked for a wake up call I again said that they had the wrong person and I never asked for a wake up call I demanded to put in a complaint which was never done. Truly Dreadful .
