Michael (front desk), You wanna laugh at me? Well, this person mocking with guest and cheat them, next day the train to Paris has changed the schedule by Eurostar, I asked the hotel to change my reservation even if I pay extra or penalty, Michael said, if Expedia accept, we don't have problem, I called Expedia, Expedia said no problem and Expedia contacted the hotel and informed him no problem, at this time I was standing front of the front desk, I asked Mr.Yasin if he get reply from Expedia, he said no, I told him Expedia agent with me on the phone NOW and he said already talked to hotel, and Michael he heard all conversation and he did not inform Yasin or me that Expedia replied, Michael embarrassed his colleague Mr. Yasin, then he said, NO we do not change, MY QUESTION to Michael, why you did not said NO from the beginning? I believe you are not suitable for this place, also the price for this hotel does not worth it, NO fridge in the room

Not as good as it used to be.

Check in was efficient and friendly. No longer offered a glass of prosecco on arrival.The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing. Stayed here two years ago and the Full English was cooked to order. Now it is buffet style and hot items were cold.

The location of Radisson Blu Mercer is amazing- shopping, restaurants, pubs, walkable to lots of attractions and theaters. The room was a nice size. Front desk staff were extremely helpful and welcoming.

I had reserved a corner suite with a tub. The room I was put in was not a corner suite and was dark and ugly. When I called the desk for a change the woman tried to verbally bully me. After much back and forth was moved to a family room to have tub access. Also dark and drab. The next day was finally moved to a corner suite for the remainder of the stay. Having been in 3 rooms they do not look at all like the web site. Rooms are dark,,carpet and furniture are worn. Noise level is high in this neighborhood. Breakfast and room service were both good. Cost is high.

Wonderful location in center of action, close to great shopping, theater, tube station and super walkable. Good room size and super comfy bed. Relatively modern and updated. Room lacks mini fridge and bathroom fan. Super thankful that the window opens for fresh air and air circulation. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay there again.

It was fine but the lifts had steps down and you had to step up into room and then as soon as you get in 2 steps down which we where not told about and room dark when we first went in and we could have fallen
