We booked a standard riim but were upgraded to a crown room. Bigger than a standard. Room clean, staff friendly, breakfast was very nice. Only a couple of niggles. Mirror above dressing table too high to do hair when seated. Bath hard to get out of as only had low bars Would stay again when in London as in a good location for us

We had a de luxe room and it was great. We had chocolates and 2 mini bottles of wine in the fridge, are these free or to pay for? no price list, a bit disappointing. The bathroom was large and the shower was large and had lots of room. Great nights sleep and helpful staff at breakfast in the morning. Will return

Good overnight stay

Good friendly and efficient staff. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was fine, but was surprised there was only vegan sausages on offer. Eggs, either fried, poached or scrambled were really good. Only a choice of filter coffee, which was fine but would normally see a machine so you can make a choice. Parking is very limited but we knew this in advance. Great location for all things London.

Our stay was very enjoyable and the manager should be very proud of his staff ,nothing was too much trouble for them. Also the hotel was very busy on Saturday evening but the noise was not excessive. In all a very good weekend. We will stay again.

This is one of our favourite hotels. Lovely location, realistic rates, and very easy access to central London. The service is old fashioned in the best sense of the term, and parking and breakfast are both included. Nice rooms, too.
