Great stay in London, for a fun day and night in the city. The hotel was great, fantastic location. My only downside is pillows, but that is because I am picky more than the hotel I think.

Spacious rooms with enormous fluffy beds and grand bathrooms in a beautiful historic building. Good location a few minutes from London Bridge and views of the river and Tower Bridge. Staff were wonderful; spa and afternoon tea highly recommended.

Personally I don't like wooden floors in the bedroom, so immediately I was a little disappointed. However, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was a good size and the shower was really nice. There's even heated toilet seats! A couple of issues. There was a bare wire sticking out the wall in the bathroom. Our room was above a part of the hotel used by staff, or possibly a delivery bay, as it was really noisy during the early hours of the morning, with things being dragged around below us. Other than that though, the Lalit is reasonably priced and in a great location for seeing London.

Excellent service from all the staff from the time you check in very friendly and attentive. Very comfortable bed and clean room with all the amenities provided. Great location next to Tower bridge and only 15 minutes walk from London bridge station and Borough Market , plus easy reach to central and west end

The rooms are so lovely, a real luxury. The bathroom had everything just incase you forgot. There was a fridge, safe, coffee machine etc. Even a heated toilet seat!!!!

Lovely comfortable hotel with charming character. Excellent service, nothing was too much trouble. Couple of issues with the room, the curtains were coming down and the shower door was falling off. I would have thought housekeeping should have noticed these and reported them and fixed before we were given the room. We reported the issues and they were fixed immediately. Restaurant great and priced as you would expect central London beautiful room and relaxing.
Restaurant was spectacular but informal.
