We loved the friendly and very helpful staff and the location of the hotel. Not a cheap option but value for money is good for a central London hotel. We did have a room with a view into a quiet street (mews) and loved the clean japanese style of the hotel.

Wunderschöner Städtetrip

The Arch London liegt ideal um einen Städtetrip in London zu machen. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten wie The Marble Arch, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Bond und Oxford Street, etc. lassen sich sehr gut zu Fuss erkunden. Das Hotel besteht aus insgesamt 7 englischen Reihenhäuschen, die zu einem Hotel umfunktioniert wurden. Dadurch gewinnt das Hotel einen gewissen Charme. Es ist etwas verwinkelt, aber damit kommt man schnell zurecht, da es klein aber oho ist. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und konnte uns jeglichen Komfort erfüllen. Minibar inklusive und Fernseher in der Badewanne waren noch die Krönung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, wie man es in einem 5-Sterne Hotel gewohnt ist.

Everything was excellent. Mr. Pond (Lampi in Finnish) from Finland was very happy and his mum highly appreciated especially the way her son was treated :) Thank you very much !
