Enjoyed our experience at the hotel. Helpful staff, great room, and very clean. Rooms need more options for charging electronics (usb outlets). Beautiful location but not centrally located.

Pillows dreadful and the bathroom was in need of attention. Shower didn’t turn on easily and the water was either freezing or scalding hot. Hook on the back of the door had been broken at some point and not replaced. I stay there because the location is good for me but it needs some money spending on the place.

Hot water issues for the majority of our stay which is why I gave it a 3 for condition. Hotel view was great, perfect location if you want to walk to Tower Bridge, Southbank, Tower of London or stay near the financial district. Underground station is 5-10 minute walk

This is a beautiful hotel in a great walkable area of London with a great view of The Tower Bridge and a cute little Christmas market outside. However, the front desk staff was extremely rude on multiple occasions and when we arrived well after 3pm we were told our room is not yet ready. The tv barely worked and our shower was leaking during our entire stay. Our service at the Vicinity restaurant was wonderful, but the food was terrible. My husband ordered a burger and we were told they only make their burgers well done and it was beyond burnt and inedible. This hotel has a lot of potential but has some serious work to do. Start with making better burgers and fixing the front desk staff attitude.

Great location & view. Shower needs upgrade.
We had a lovely one night stay. Location was amazing, the view from the room was also amazing. Downside was the floor we were on (10th) had refurbishment works going on in the room next door and the drilling was very loud. The shower was a bit dated and use wasnt great when the water kept stopping during use.
