Communication with the owner/managers was a problem. Had issues with connectivity when traveling. I expected to hear from the owner 24 hours prior to check in for instructions, key/code to get in. I checked VRBO 24 hours before check-in and there was NO information. After a long day of driving to Derry, we found the pub. We knew to go inside to ask about getting into the apartment from a bad review the tenant gave in September 2023. The person at the bar was very helpful and gave us the key and showed us the apartment. That is when we discovered the false advertisement in VRBO about it having 2 bathrooms. It only had one bathroom. If we had known that when booking, we would NOT have booked. I don't know anything about 3rd party listings on VRBO, but our contact person said the owner only advertises on another popular website and that says it has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. VRBO needs to remedy their advertising if they want positive feedback from customers. Please take care of this matter ASAP.
