Overall amenities were superb. One particular room the volume for the tv wasn't working....the second night a fridge in the room served me well to store a cold drink.

Long Island Beach

Great location: parking was a little hectic but it's Long Beach NY. Not Vermont or NH where parking and houses aren't as congested. The concierge (s) were so friendly and professional and helpful. Other than our neighbors arguing and yelling; our stay was fine.

Hi, the staff was very nice. However, our room was dirty. There was hair on the towels and in the shower. There was dust and dirt all over the floors when we walked in. There was a space heater that had plastic wrapped around the cord that did not make us feel safe.

What I liked was the fact that I could use the ballroom downstairs which was having an ecstatic dance event I was performing at. I really liked ordering the chinese food and pizza from the near by restaurants. What I didn't like was one of the staff kind of was short with me when I asked him for a menu to the pizza place. He commented in a sarcastic way to insinuate I should simply use my phone and google it isn't of bother him. And other people in the event I was performing at seemed to have been rubbed the wrong way by this same employee as well. Other than that everything was amazing

The hotel was very nice. They had a great snack shop. The only problem I had was with the tv & the young man that helped me was very accommodating. I was going to a wedding nearby & this hotel was half the cost of the hotel at the wedding venue.
