The pictures of the property aren’t as accurate as you would like, the house is definitely more worn than the pictures let on to believe. The heat on the bottom floor was not working properly. The house is comprised of a bunch of split level units and extremely complicated to work. The pool wasn’t at all heated when we arrived and when we tried going in it was too cold to enter. After the owner insisting that it was fine and always running properly I had to provide pictures to the owner to show the water level not even being right for the filter or heat to work. We couldn’t use the pool the first day we were there. The owner got it resolved on the second day and we were only there 2 days. The game room is dysfunctional. It was freezing in there. The ping pong table had one broken ball so that was unusable. The dart board was completely broken and no darts in sight. The foosball table was assembled incorrectly deeming it unusable. So the so called “game room” was non existent. The owner didn’t even apologize for the circumstances let alone compensate me for anything. Overall my family 2 day getaway in this house was not at all what we anticipated it would be. Beware before you book this house.

Fun Family Getaway
Beautiful home very clean with tons of space you almost get lost looking around. Great family vibes they had this huge dinning room table you could fit any size family for dinner. Our kids spent the entire time in the pool it was cool in the middle of January to swim and go sledding outside in the yard all in the same day. Another big plus is having a walmart store 7 mins away. Look forward to renting again in the future.

Wonderful Stay
The house was very impressive and super clean. The host was very detailed in the directions / instructions on arrival and how to gain access to the home. He checked in with me to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. I couldn't have been happier with our trip. The indoor pool was awesome and the kids had so much fun!! We can't wait to go back !!!!

Amazing stay! Fantastic family vacation spot!
This property was everything we were looking for. Tons of sleeping space, comfortable pool, game room, lots of seating areas and a large dining area that was able to accommodate our large family. The house was super clean and well maintained, hotel-vibes. Choose this place if you want a large space that can easily entertain your group and give you a great time!

Overall, our stay was amazing!! The house was very modern and clean!! We had 14 friends/family and there was more than enough bedrooms/beds for all of us. All the bathrooms were updated and clean! The best part about the whole stay was the indoor pool!! The location was nice too, we were able to see deer feeding on the front lawn and also had a bear stop by!! The kids were so amazed they got to see one!! Their favorite place in the house was the day bed by the windows!!! Kitchen had everything you needed to cook at home, which we did almost everyday. Just need to bring your own ingredients!

Unfortunate summer vacation
I would like to start off with the good . House is in great location and close to everything! Our stay was for 7 days . When we arrived the house was clean however the garbage cans were filled with garbage from previous stay which made it very uncomfortable to keep the garbage inside the home. The owner reached out to me to ask if the exterminator can come and do a quick routine walk through. We didn’t mind!! However when the exterminator came he stated the reason he is there is due to mice activity in the house and placed mouse traps !!!!! Now this wasn’t pleasant at all at $1000 per night!!! The owner could not confirm the mice activity so we had to sleep with one eye open!! On night 3 I sat down on my 13 year old sons bed to kiss him good night and the bed snapped with a sharp Woden piece almost in my sons back!!! Let me just state that I am a 5 foot , 130 lbs woman and my son is a skinny guy so this has nothing to do with weight limits!!!! Thank god I was on his bed and was able to move him before that wooden sharp piece almost went thru his back… now my husband and his friend wanted to fix the bed and when they raised the mattress noticed that most screws from the bed were missing . We reached out to owner and he did nothing about it so me and my husband slept on the floor … on the day of check out cleaning people threw us out half our before check out time! Owner did not want to work with us after check out. Please be aware and rent carefully!!!

Excellent house!
We had a great time. Probably the cleanest house we've rented in a long time. No real problems, host was very responsive. Great area to visit and easy to get around. The kitchen was a bit under-supplied, but not a big deal.

We had a great stay. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms! The kitchen was not well supplied for cooking for a big group (big griddle and spatula would be helpful). Also to have someone come at 9:30 and park in the driveway waiting for us to leave by 10 was a bit obnoxious.

Great place!
This property is a great place to stay for a Poconos getaway. The house was clean and exactly what we needed. The indoor pool is maintained very well. The communication with the owner was excellent, he responded immediately and provided all required information immediately. I would highly recommend staying here!
