The Panorama Villa is unique in the Netherlands because of their location, private marina conveniences and design. Situated at the loosdrecht lakes at the Resort Rien van den Broeke Village between Amsterdam and Utrecht (max 30 minutes drive to the center of the city).
Lay-out
Via the roofed entrance you will reach the living room with sun lounge, fireplace and open kitchen. The master bedroom gives direct access to it's own bathroom. Both other bedrooms have sun decks and are reached by spiral staircase. a second bathroom is located at the ground floor, the separate toilet at the first floor. The sliding french doors lead to a large patio and the adjoining loggia can be reached through a patio door, a perfect spot for sunny dutch spring- and early fall days.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic cooker and other built-in equipment. Furthermore the Panorama Villa have been fitted with reflective double glazing, modern tiled floors, under floor heating, a washing machine and tumble drier, tv and high standard wireless internet. In teh Panorama Villa, the highest level of comfort is guaranteed throughout the year. The beautifully landscaped gardens are well-kept by skilled gardeners
