I booked this rental for a birthday weekend and my friends and I all had an incredible time! The place was just a described, beautiful views, spacious, great kitchen, perfect location. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend getaway in Malibu!

Great Location, Beautiful Furnishings
Three of us met in Malibu for a girls weekend, and we had the most wonderful time. This property is perfection, they had absolutely everything we needed, the kitchen was the perfect size where we could make our tea and coffee in the am, plenty of dishes/glasses/utensils etc. Plus a full fridge/freezer, dishwasher, etc. The bathrooms were fully stocked and clean, both showers were amazing! The bedrooms were also clean with extremely comfortable beds! We even enjoyed sitting in the sun room. The location was SO easy to get in and out of and parking was never an issue, it's also very handy to have the little shop below that had morning and afternoon service (Drinks, sandwiches etc). Communication was always easy with the Hosts, we all have pretty much decided we want to come back and stay here again! We were so happy to have found this gem of a property!

Relaxing Trip with Pets
The location is on PCH - we walked to nearby restaurants but largely drive to hikes, the beach, etc. It was super convenient and easy parking and property managers were reachable and checked in to make sure we had all the info needed. Two thumbs up!!!

Malibu rental
We enjoyed the cleanliness and brightness of the apartment. The TVs were great in the family room and master bedroom. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The only con was the noise from the Pacific Coast Highway which of course was unavoidable because of the location. Also, the beach is across the street, but not accessible within convenient walking distance. We drove to the beach which was fine, or you could hop on a bus that stops right in front of the rental.

Pleasant unit but lacking commuication with owner
Evan though it is above a furniture store, the apartment was very nice, clean, spacious with partial view of the ocean. However, we did not have internet the first night and owner did not get back to us after countless attempts until the next morning. This effected the ac controls, no television. Although the location was near our venue, the noice from the highway dissrupted our sleep and there was a band below us or very near by rehearsing at 4am.

Wonderful Malibu Apartment
Just as shown in the photos, this lovely 2 bedroom apartment is a perfect beach spot. Bathrooms are well-appointed and comfortable; kitchen is spacious and organized; and the overall space is open and lovely. There is a sunroom overlooking PCH, perfect for morning coffee or as a petite office space. The owners are really nice and were extremely responsive to our one need (a large kitchen knife to cut up a watermelon). WIFI is fast! Truly, nothing but good things to say about this space. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The place was so cute and fun! Loved everything about it. Only thing I will say is none of the windows open, to let in fresh air. Only the window in the bathroom and one in the kitchen. Other than the it was the perfect weekend getaway!

My daughter (20) and 3 of her friends stayed here to visit friends at Pepperdine. The apartment was very nice and much more spacious than they expected. The location was perfect. I would highly recommend staying here based on how much the girls enjoyed their stay!

The building is great with awesome amenities. Parking is ample, but don’t leave anything in your car even though it’s Malibu. Windows are thin so keep that in mind, they do have forced air throughout heat/air. Overall great spot to catch the surf and put your feet up or be central in Malibu.
