Very average.
The room was very musty and had an odor to it. I went to the local store and bought febreeze to spray in the room to help. The molding around the tub was coming apart. There was dry paint on the carpet and one of the end tables that had been spilled and never cleaned up. The buffet only offered eggs, sausage, toast, and some grains for breakfast. As well as some juices. I ate breakfast off site.
