They kept this hotel so incredibly cold it was extremely uncomfortable. Also it's very worn and dated, badly in need of renovation. Also the forced gratuity in the restaurant is something that is unacceptable for small parties of people. The one bright spot was one of their shuttle drivers named Russell he was extremely nice, courteous, on top of his business and a pleasure to be around.
