It was a pleasant stay. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very polite and friendly. If you’re looking for a swimming pool during the summer months this wouldn’t be the place . However they do have a very small 3 1/2 foot out sorry waiting pool if that suits you.

I have nothing bad to say about the hotel and staff. Everyone were so kind and pleasant. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. It’s unfortunate where the hotel is located which is downtown LA where homelessness is at every corner. Though many restaurants and fast food places are walking distance but I wouldn’t recommend walking around downtown LA due to safety concerns. There is absolutely nothing bad about the hotel and staff but it’s horrible location for sight seeing experiences.

Love this hotel!
The surrounding area was sketchy as heck, homeless everywhere… but you find that everywhere in downtown LA. The hotel was beautiful, out of the 3 hotels we stayed at, this is the one I’d return to.

Good warm breakfast, friendly staff, not the best area but parking lot has a guard and cameras and made us feel more at ease with the area. Super clean rooms, and amenities included I would stay here again. The free breakfast and free parking sold me very rare in LA. 24hr gym and small pool
