Great, calm, centralized location. Comfy beds. Well stocked toilet paper, paper towels, hand soaps and shampoo/conditiomer. Photoshopped pics of property. Dated kitchen, bathrooms and secondary bedroom. No ceiling fans or centralized air. Dirty kitchen floor and coffee pot. Takes 3 mins for hot water in showers and discolored (bleached) towels. Confusing arrival information.

We traveled from Vegas to this destination with 3 kids. My family of 5 was looking forward to our stay but two hours before check in the host canceled with no explanation. We were left scrambling to find a place to stay. And we could not find another property with VRBO because you can’t book on the same day. This was just a terrible thing to do to a family.

Confusing and anxiety inducing stay
Location accurate, clean and comfortable beds. Now not knowing I wasn’t supposed to stay here made me uncomfortable. Security followed us and questioned us being there. We had to demonstrate how to use the FOB keys and who we were staying with? They gave us a name to say on the check in process and told us not to mention we rented the apartment? Honestly I would never have rented this place if I knew it wasn’t allowed to stay here. I have rented many condos in Florida, Texas and Las Vegas and never had experienced this. My recommendation is let the renters know what will happen at the time of booking the apartment not on the exact day of checking in.

Great stay and Marina del Rey
Our stay and MDR was wonderful. The location and views out of the family room and master bedroom were outstanding! We loved looking at the boats, seals, and morning crew teams. The walkways around the complex were beautiful and safe. We walked to muscle beach and through the Venice Canals area, all nearby. The kitchen was also well equipped. I would stay here again if in the area.
