First off I'll begin with what was good about this particular location, as I believe it's best to commend an establishment for what it's able to do well.
Service is something that is near and dear to my heart, and I take that very seriously. When I didn't have the funds to purchase water, a staff member at the front named Alejandra willingly filled up a large water bottle of mine whenever I asked, which was three times. I really appreciated how she did this no questions asked, as she helped me out when I was in a tough position.
I also appreciated how readily the staff were able to change my room when requested, which happened, again, three times.
Unfortunately, however, as stated above, I had to change my room three times.
In the first room the toilet became clogged and couldn't flush. When I requested help from maintenance, while it was able to flush while he was present, the moment he left and I tried to use the restroom, the problem remained.
I then asked to switch rooms. In the second room, I was in a lower floor room, and when I tried sleeping at night there was a lot of scraping noises from the room above me, and the lights wouldn't turn off easily. I could barely sleep a wink through the night. The bath also filled up with water and did not drain easily, so it leads me to suspect that the condition of the bathrooms in general is very, very poor. There was also a strange odor in this room that made me very uncomfortable.
The third room, however, was better.
