We paid a pretty hefty fee for six nights at Plaza, La Reina. However, I paid for seven nights because they charge $44 a night for parking. Ridiculous. Will never go back.

Troy makes this an extraordinary hotel

I love this hotel. Convenient for my purposes and the rooms are great size, well-appointed, well maintained and extremely comfortable. That said, I would be remiss if I did not mention Troy, the Concierge. He is extraordinary. He manages to remember all guests names, what they need, prefer, or have requested and is always pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. I cannot say too many good things about Troy. He is truly a treasure and provides the type of service rarely seen in hotels these days.

This was the nicest place! My room was old school classy, with huge windows, wood appointments, high ceilings, clean, and every amenity you could ask for.. but best of all was the service. The service is as good as I’ve ever experienced. I’m coming back. Plaza La Reina is a 10/10
