Staff was very helpful. Gave me a second floor room, which was quiet. Threw in bottled water for free. I didn't experience breakfast because I had to leave early for a flight. Nice people running the establishment. I will stay there whenever I'm in town. Fair and reasonable rates for Burbank!

Only 2 small quibbles. There were no bottles of water in the room this time. Apparently a supply issue. There were 2 tubes of body lotion but no tube of shampoo. Not a deal breaker. People still friendly. Location great, good parking.

Hotel was quite run down. The little tiny fridge was dirty and the door lock was sketchy. The room also smelled unpleasant. We had to buy some febreeze. They provided a total of 2 thin scratchy bath towels. The water They promised to supply was no provided. The ice machine outside was broken. Would not stay here again.

It’s an older hotel but what makes up for it is their staff. We got there in the evening and were greeted by a very lovely gentleman and throughout our stay the staff was very pleasant and helpful.

This was a basic motel, fine for the price. But not in great condition. There were cracks in the flooring, and some other small issues like low quality towels. But the location is great, in that it's a 7 minute drive from central Burbank and nice restaurants and shopping areas.
