Room was dated and lacking a quality finish. Issue with AC and cold water during our stay but the Hotel Manager helped resolve. Great location for Universal Studios. Restaurant staff were excellent but front desk not very helpful. Breakfast buffet was good. Gym was excellent.

We spent Christmas on the property. Most of it seems fully remodeled, there are some parts that still are under construction. Overall it was a perfect stay! The only constructive feedback I have is to smell your towels before use. One of ours was not the best smelling.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Universal. The hotel is perfectly located to walk to Universal. The beds were comfortable and the in room coffee was Starbucks! Convenient breakfast buffet for early morning eats before setting off to the park. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location, walkable to Universal Studios. This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel rooms are not very clean, had to ask for additional linens for the pullout bed, which was hard as rock. Service in the downstairs bar restaurant is great.
