Property Management Review
During my recent four-day stay in Los Angeles, I was deeply disappointed by the poor cleanliness and lack of proper management attention to the property I stayed in. The issues I encountered were both unsanitary and unacceptable, reflecting poorly on the property management team. Firstly, the floors were in terrible condition. It was evident they had not been swept in days, as there were visible crumbs and debris scattered around. Walking barefoot in the unit felt unpleasant, and it made me question the overall hygiene of the property.Additionally, the restocking of essential materials was insufficient for two guests staying for four days. Basic items like toilet paper, paper towels, and toiletries were not adequately provided, forcing us to ration supplies or find replacements ourselves—a hassle that could have easily been avoided with proper preparation.To make matters worse, I had a deeply frustrating interaction with a gentleman named Adrianne. After calling to express my concerns, Adrianne not only brushed off my complaints but also had the audacity to threaten to refund my trip and cancel my reservation entirely, claiming that I was “calling too much.” This lack of professionalism and inability to handle feedback appropriately added unnecessary stress to an already disappointing stay.On a positive note, I would like to thank Sam for stepping in and responding to my phone calls
