not worth it. Asked for tissue box, waited for over 40 mins, no one help. Have to go to the concierge get it myself. Service is not that great, valet parking is expensive, $53.90 per night. Overall is not worth of the money due to the poor customer service. Won’t come back.

I’ve stayed at The Line in K town before maybe 2 years ago and whilst it’s still nice it seems a little run down. Dirty exterior windows, carpeting is looking a little shabby, not bad but not great. I’d rather pay an extra $100 per night and have it dialed. On a plus note Connor at the front desk at check in was excellent. He was very kind and took the time to make us feel welcome.

Three day stay

The employees at this hotel were very nice and helpful. The rooms were far from quiet due to the large window which took up one wall. We could hear cars all night , people talking outside and maintenance vehicles with their back up beeper starting between 430 and 5 am. I’ve never stayed in a hotel room so poorly designed for noise reduction.

Everyone was really nice but the first room they gave us was a view of the ac units. We moved and then were in a higher room but facing the city and I thought we were going to have a Hollywood hills view.
