The hotel itself was pretty imconsistant, the staff was helpful at times but with ONLY 55$ valet parking available, and it being undisclosed from any site information, it felt a little disappointing to arrive to fees, a small cramped and dirty room. Thankfully I only slept there, however it being where it is, you have to find the planes soothing or else sleep is a rare oddity

Location was great for events at Intuit or So-Fi. Rooms were adequate. Pool area was nice. Seems like there is little to no insulation in walls- I could hear every word from the guests in the next room. Stayed there for 2 nights- they couldn’t get my tv to work…..wanted to watch pre-game show.

Boyfriend and I stayed here for NYE since we attended an event across the street at COSM. Very convenient location, friendly staff had no issues checking in. Room was perfect clean and simple. Regret not bringing a swimsuit, they have a heated pool.

I didn't like the unexpected charges for The security deposit for every night and the Valet Parking charges for every days. Expedia needs to contact the hotel or make it clear when booking.

We stayed 3 nights for a quick trip to LA, going to a Clippers and Rams game. You can not find a more convenient location. You are pretty much on the Intuit Dome property (closer than the parkades!). The room was spacious, and nicely renovated. I packed a bathing suit without expecting to swim, but the pool is beautifully heated. Swam every day! Cork and Batter restaurant attached had great food as well. If you are traveling for Sofi or Intuit this place can't be beat.
