The unit has the location and view, that is all accurate from the photos. The decorations in the photos are also accurate. The bed was comfy and the TV and WiFi were very good.
But when you are renting a lodging you need two basic things: a place to sleep and a place to bathe/wash dishes (this was a unit with a full kitchen). During my stay, I had only the place to sleep. This was because there was NO HOT WATER for the entire unit for 2/3 of my stay. Not just one sink, not just the shower...no hot water for anything at all.
To make it worse, the housekeeping was disgusting. BLACK MOLD covered the whole bottom of the shower, the seat and a good amount of the sides. The floor of the unit had STICKY STAINS that my socks stuck to that were so bad I went to the store and got wet-wipes to clean up.
StayField/Unit Owner received a premium rate. The refund was cash and StayField credit. This assumes I rent from them again and want to take the time to contact them to get a 'coupon' activated when I want to use it...good luck with that. The refund doesn't even cover one full night's charges. For no hot water, a shower you have to wear flip flops in and cleaning you have to do yourself, it's insulting. Two nights back plus the cleaning fee should have been the minimum refund.
I don't have enough room to get started on how bad the communication from StayField/FieldTrip was.
STAY AWAY!!!
