Walls were very dirty, smelt like smoke when I entered hotel. There was a stick inside the plug, very not safe! Check in guy was very rude! Throwing my debit and ID information at me. Looks and feels like a prison place.

Needs Improvement – Major Bathroom Problems

The faucet actually fell off while in use, which was both inconvenient and concerning. The shower head didn't work, with only a few drops coming out, even after modifying the water valve. While the staff was polite, these maintenance issues should have been addressed before my stay. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the upkeep of their rooms.

Hot Tub does not work… and hasn’t in a while

The only reason I booked was for the hot tub they promote. Get there and it’s ice cold. Front desk guy says it hasn’t been working in quite some time, no sign or advised on site that it doesn’t work. Very frustrating
