We rented this property for about 5 days as i was visiting the area with my family (my wife and i with four kids) - The check in process was horrible as no one contacted us in time. i was requesting chef services and i kept on asking for it, but no one ever got back to me until i was on a flight to LA the day of. Obviously, the chef never got set up. As we arrived in the house, there is NO cell phone connection there. The place is dark and it took us a day to get internet connection just to have some sort of cell connection. For me to communicate with the Property Manager i had to leave the house and go down from the mountain just to make calls. The second day, the power went off because it was a little windy in the area. So again, when the power went out, we had no cell connection and now no lights. The gate doesn't open to take the cars out, so i had to walk all the way down from the mountain just to communicate with someone - they told us the power will be back by Noon, however, we didn't have power the entire day. by 3pm, i had to go down again to check up on things since i don't have any cell reception, and NO ONE ever came by to check up on us. That is when i was informed the power is not going to come on until next day noon. that is when i requested to be relocated. So, we stayed here technically for only two days. Since we have gotten back, i have asked to see what the breakdown of my costs are, and still no one has responded after two days now
