This is your “go to” LA resort style vacation home. It was absolutely wonderful. Pictures are spot on, beds/pillows/linens/towels were all A. Best sleep I’ve ever had away from home, bar none! Easy check in, EXTREMELY responsive owners! We had minor questions and felt comfortable communicating with the team. This is a fantastic vacation home where you can stay and play while in LA. Everything you need is right there and the heated pool was the primary location for our group’s fun, sun, and relaxation. I highly recommend this vacation home and hope to return. The 9 bedrooms were PERFECT for our family reunion/surprise Anniversary celebration. Thank you so much for EVERYTHING!!

When I say this was one of the best homes we've ever stayed in, I absolutely mean it. You are going to regret NOT staying here.This home was breathtaking! We celebrated my boyfriend's birthday, and everyone loved the property. We invited my boyfriend's family to celebrate with us during the day, and there was so much space for all of us! The property was so clean and had everything we needed. We will DEFINITELY be back! Fantastic Weekend

We rented the property to host our daughters’ birthday party. The house and pool were both spectacular. Everything was in pristine condition with every amenity you could want. The property manager was great and responsive, gave us a very efficient yet thorough tour on check-in. Absolutely wonderful experience on all levels - an 11 out of 10.

Fit for a Movie Star (but thankfully available to mere mortals like us)

If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to live like a movie star—without the paparazzi—this place nails it. We booked this epic 9BR/10BA compound for my son’s graduation, and it outshone every VRBO we’ve ever stayed in (and we’ve done ski chalets, beach mansions, all of it).The front house was our party hub. The back house was our quiet oasis. And the side house became the perfect sanctuary for the one guy in our group who decided to work all week—desk, bathroom, full privacy. Every room had its own bathroom (plus extras!), total opulence. Soft white sheets that felt like sleeping on a cloud with good credit. Bathrooms stocked like a boutique hotel. Plush towels for days (including enough pool towels to avoid awkward soggy reuses). Even the artwork felt curated—fresh, bold, and trendy without trying too hard.The pool was massive, warm, and immaculate. The hot tub was dialed in. Cornhole and pool toys made the outdoor area feel like a true L.A. resort, and the garden in the back? Total fairytale. Like, “I half-expected a talking rabbit” fairytale.The host was next-level—gracious, generous, and ready to help with anything we needed. The house was stocked to perfection. We’re talking next-level hospitality. If we had asked for a llama in a tuxedo, I think it would’ve shown up in 30 minutes. Honestly, it felt like the kind of place movie stars live—but thankfully, it was ours for the week.Book it. Before the actual movie stars take it back.

Dreamy oasis

This compound is perfect for a huge group to stay comfortably and wake up to bliss, it has a beautiful heated pool and jacuzzi with many fire pits, a bar, games, and a movie room. We never had to leave. It was also so close to the freeway, Burbank airport, and Universal Studios! The house makes you feel like you are a celebrity!

PERFECT FAMILY DESTINATION

Our family has rented many vacation properties but this one was the best by far. It was the perfect spot for our holiday family reunion. The photos in the gallery are great and the property is just as beautiful in person. Between the front house and back house, the property was very spacious, clean, and well stocked. The owner and staff members were extremely responsive and attentive to our needs. The house was so comfortable and inviting, we chose to relax in the jacuzzi and heated pool over LA sightseeing. We would definitely rent this property again.

Long weekend stay

We had a group that was in town for a long weekend primarily for a college football game. We had 7 couples and the property was absolutely perfect for us, with plenty of space and privacy for everyone, along with great communal space highlighted by the pool, bar and spa. It was absolutely perfect. Bennett and Cossette were great with the check in and willing to help with anything and everything. Highly recommend this property for any large group like ours!

Our union leadership team stayed here for a team meeting/retreat. We had an excellent time. Bennett and Crystal are amazing hosts. They are responsive, kind, and generous. Wonderful family time

Wonderful home, clean, comfortable, great beds, fabulous central space where we spent most of our time which included a large pool with a basketball hoop that was used endlessly, by our nine grandchildren, a pool table, great lawn furniture, and a grill with bar space around it. There were even extra folding chairs on the side of the house that we used for our family card game. Location was great… we went to Santa Monica pier, Universal Studios, a ball game, the Griffith, planetarium, Hollywood tours, and a tour of the Rose Bowl with little difficulty. Our only problem was with technology…We never could consistently get the hot tub to work and had an issue with the front gates and confusion with changed passwords. We understand that ordinarily someone is around to help you but they all happened to be out of town but they did respond by text which was helpful. But Overall the entire family, all 17 of us, agreed that the house was the best part of the trip!

A hidden gem

We have been using vrbo for years and this is the first time that we were welcomed personally by Bennett - the property manager who gave us a tour and answered our questions and concerns about the property. The furnitures, appliances/electronics, bed linens, kitchen equipments/utensils are good quality. The pool and spa was everyone's favorite to hang out and the temperature can easily be controlled with the Ipad. We will definitely highly recommend this property to our family and friends.

Best experience!!

We booked this spot as a central place for our wedding party to stay for our wedding in Topanga Canyon. It was absolutely perfect, everyone was able to have their own bedroom and bathrooms and there was so much space that we never felt cramped or on top of each other. Crystal and her team paid so much attention to detail and we always felt well taken care of and that they were just a text away. Great home base for your LA Stay

We had a number of different family members gathering for a family reunion type of event. This property was located near to the places we visited and a reasonable distance from LAX. (Universal studios and shopping centers) Its large gated driveway accommodated all our various rental cars. The place was well equipped with more than enough amenities. It was very clean and thoughtfully prepared for our visit. The instructions binder made it easy to get up to speed on the place as well as Bennett (our personal property manager) did a great job showing us around and getting us familiar with making things comfortable like climate controls, lights, and pool/hot tub settings. We ran into a couple of issues and had a couple questions during our stay but Bennett answered promptly and took care of everything we needed. Very respectful of our needs and privacy!1 We had a great experience staying at this property for a week. The only thing that could have been better was the weather so we could have leveraged the awesome pool and hot tub are a little more. Such a great space for relaxing! As well, if the excitement of the larger group gets to be too much, there are plenty of little spots on this spacious property to retreat to. We will definitely look to stay here again when we are in the area.

Perfect for our employee retreat!

We booked our stay here for a work retreat for 12 team members and we couldn't have been happier. It was everything we hoped it would be and more. Wonderful house, perfect hosts, great location! Exceeded all expectations.

Wonderful Location, Perfect for Family Gathering

The NoHo Compound was the perfect location/venue for our 25 guest wedding. We had several family members coming in from out of town, and the number of rooms on the property made it perfect to accommodate. Bennett, the property was very thorough in his tour of the property. It was equipped with everything we could have asked for. The homes were well kept and in impeccable shape. I highly recommend booking! I also recommend purchasing insurance for those unpredictable guests…

Amazing Property & Hosts

Endless amount of space, clean and well maintained property! The hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and were excellent with communication! Great location and easy to find. Secure property which made our large group at home! We cannot wait to stay here again on our next visit to LA!

Best birthday weekend

Hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Additionally, the property is huge and has all the amenities you could think of. Way better than a hotel, which is usually my preference over home rentals. We would absolutely stay there again.

AMAZING property & management! Beautifully designed, comfortable, well-stocked & organized, awesome!

Among the best rental experiences we've ever had!! There are some rental properties that fail to live up to their listings, and then on the opposite end of the spectrum, there's @nohocompound. The wonderful owner, property manager, and host team were friendly, incredibly responsive, and professional. We were personally greeted for a check-in tour and orientation. We were wowed by the many thoughtful touches and spa-like atmosphere. It felt like we'd stepped into a design magazine! Home interiors were clean and nicely staged. The pool and hot tub were excellent (with iPad-controlled heating and lighting)! Kitchens have plenty of pots, pans, dinnerware, coffee machines, and more. Comfy beds, plentiful bathrooms, well-organized and labeled supplies, a closet full of games, great Wi-Fi and TVs, conveniently located neighborhood, outdoor fire pits, and so much more to enjoy! The few minor issues and questions we had were always answered and addressed promptly. I can't say enough about how attentive and helpful the owner and host team were! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.
