There is so much to do or do nothing at all and relax in the front of the resort. We love the swim up bars (no kids), and the RIU parties. The location to the marina is great!!! We didn't like that the hallways to our room are so dark.

We'd been to RIU hotels before so we weren't surprised. The food has great variety, bar service is always quick and the staff is very courteous and helpful. The pools could use more pool chairs though considering the amount of poeple. One thing that I do think needs to be better is alcohol control. Especially at the family resort, there were people way too drunk risking the safety of other families. It was very uncomfortable. There was a couple fighting outside of our room and nobody came to stop them. This went on for hours and kept us up all night. Secondly, our room had mold in it. The bathrooms have no fans which makes using the restroom uncomfortable when traveling with other parties. Some of the mattresses have worn out and are uncomfortable and should be replaced. Overall we had a good time but there is room to improve.

We felt very pampered. The staff were so great, starting with the speedy check in. There were plenty of food options. There’s so much to do. We can’t wait to come back. The weather was beautiful.

This is a great place if you are looking to party. The parties are wild and super fun. That being said it is very noisy the hallways and tile floors transmit and amplifies sounds. However you are usually passed out from partying so hard.

The staff were all excellent. Everyone that I interacted with were very friendly and always seemed happy to be working there. Some notable staff members are Christian and Edwin at the American Country bar, Tolly at the Sports Bar, and Hilario a waiter at the main breakfast buffet. The property is kept clean and looking amazing. I constantly saw the staff cleaning, doing landscaping, and painting things to keep them looking great. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking to travel to Cabo. I'm looking forward to coming back again in the future.

We enjoyed the food options and we enjoyed our camel ride excursion. However we didn't like the beach being so far for me without a wheelchair and the wheelchairs need to be free. The TV's need more english channels.

The resort is beautiful and maintained so that all areas are presentable at all times. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and the food is fantastic.
