This 5 Star rated 3 bedroom town house is in the heart of the Old Village, one of the most attractive and sought-after complexes in Vilamoura. Just 10 to 15 minutes walk from the marina and beach, it is a little community in its own right with restaurants, cafes, supermarket and bars. Wander around the pretty cobbled streets, enjoy a cool drink at on open air café or take a refreshing dip in any one of the three large swimming pools. There's plenty of room for the kids to stretch their legs with lawned areas and a play ground. The house has lots of home comforts and attractive features including a private roof terrace with sea views. Now installed digital TV with 60 stations ,included all UK & Irish stations, sky sports etc. Also Wifi free included in your rent . Recently added barbeque on the roof terrace for evening dining with view across the Marina.

The Property is lovely. It was bigger than what we was expecting with a very homely feel. We all settled in straight away. The location so close to the quieter pool was ideal, it allowed us to have a private pool feel, especially as we had the pool to ourselves the majority of the time, and being so close we could use the house as our base rather than carrying everything with us. Our first time in Vilamoura old village and I don’t think we could of found a better place to stay. Very pleased.

Could not fault the town house. It was everything we was expecting and more. If you are considering going to the old village go. The village is clean well kept and a lot of good facilities. The town house is in a nice location,nice and quiet and the views from the roof terrace are outstanding. We would and likely be going back.

The property was perfect for our requirements, quiet location within easy walking distance of small supermarket, restaurants and small swimming pool. Old Village is lovely, well kept, flower filled area of Vilamoura. Getting to beaches, marina not easy walk but taxi journey or tourist train but as we were an older-aged family group we did not go in evenings as excellent restaurants nearby.

Great Place to stay for Golf
3 Chaps 60+ playing golf. The Old Village is perfectly place for the Vilamoura courses and this town house is magnificent. Highly recommended.

Beautiful location. The Old Village is wonderful . 3 pools and numerous restaurants.
15 minute walk to the Marina. 20 to the beach. For 5 euros you can get a ride. Everything you need is in the old village - supermarket, breakfast cafe, restaurants. This unit is 20 steps away from the Princess Garden Restaurant which was wonderful. Accommodations were simple - uncomfortable beds - but fine for a family stay. Open the windows and doors and there is no need for air conditioning.

We had a fantastic time. Great location. The old village is lovely and well located for a 20 minute walk to the marina. The house is lovely and clean only hiccup was the broken air con in main bedroom replaced quickly after we arrived. Also a bar of soap would have been nice as the three toilets had none at all so made washing hands a tad difficult on arrival. Had to quickly send one of my boys to the on site small supermarket. Loved the restaurants in the old village although la rendezvous is disappointing for children with very limited choice. 3 pools to choose from although amusing watching the queues form from 9am at the pool gates to get the sunbeds. Marufo 1 aka chicken shack near quarteira is to die for for family dining both in quality and cost. Sit and eat with locals. The family golf On way to the marina is superb and has two 18 hole crazy golf courses with shade parasols that disperse water mist to keep you cool. Hope to return soon.

Lovely townhouse in a great location
We stayed in the Old Village as some of my family were staying here for my brothers wedding in Albufeira. It is about 30 mins from the airport. The townhouse was in a great location and had everything we needed. It kept very cool during the day and was a pleasure to come back to after a day out. The roof terrace was a bonus if you wanted to catch some more sun! There is even a BBQ area. Although we ate out every day, it is very well equipped for eating in and /or entertaining. The Old Village is a lovely purpose built complex with a few restaurants, swimming pools and a great relaxed atmosphere. Its extremely clean, safe and very well kept. My sister and her young family stayed in an apartment on the same complex - it is perfect for families. It's not too far to walk to the Marina, which has lots of bars and restuarants. The beach is beautiful and there is a regular road-train running to and fro if you don't fancy the walk. It was very nice being there in June but I could imagine it would be very busy in July and August. I would definitely recommend Cecil's townhouse and The Old Village and it's somewhere I would consider going again even for a long weekend. Thank you Cecil.

Excellent stay
An excellent stay, clean, spacious house with all the necessary things for the stay. Excellent terrace with barbecue for an afternoon with friends. Air conditioning is essential and helped throughout our stay.
