Ok at best,not really a hotel.
Staff have little information to give ,no maps offered,no english,laundry,iron or hairdyrer.Not really a hotel.Room comfy good size and aircon,overall needs tlc though. Breakfast 5$ arrived 8.30 ahead of 9.00 close,nothing worth having left so didnt bother.

Not recommended, unless they improve it
First of all, they are not in synch with Expedia, so they do not have your booking even though Expedia sends you confirmation and payment receipt. They double-booked my room, but since I checked-in first, I was able to stay. But there was so much time spent just figuring it out. Staffs are amateurs too. They do not call their superior boss or Expedia to solve the problem, but instead they tell the customer that they cannot stay. There is no good house keeping. They forget, or leave trashes behind. Doors are not so tightly sealed, so any small noise in the hallway can be heard. Doors are made easy to slam, so in the middle of the night I kept waking up to others slamming the door. Water pressure is weak in shower. Breakfast is not good. Kind of a hike from the central area of the city. Oh, one critical problem. Wi-fi does not work even though your mobile or computer connect to it.

I booked to stay here during Lunar New year. on my arrival, the proprietor informed me that there had been an error and my booking was not accepted. He assured me several times he would cancel the booking but did not do this and he would not provide me with Internet access to search for another property whilst there. Though I understand this is a common problem in the city at this time of year, the staff were not at all welcoming, polite or helpful

Un bon point, le personnel est très serviable et attentif à nos demandes. Autrement, le petit déjeuner convient principalement à une population asiatique. Comme d’autres personnes, Nous n’avons certainement pas eu de chance le jour où nous sommes venus, vu le nouvel-an Chinois, car la réservation ne s’est pas correctement passée, l’hôtel était complet. La chambre est ordinaire sans grand comfort convient pour un court séjour. Mais il faut reconnaître, vu qu’il était très difficile de trouver une chambre àun prix raisonnable à Luanprabang que cet hôtel nous a bien dépanné.

영어로 의사전달이 전혀안되고, 문제가 발생하면 매니져가 있어서 해결을 할수 있어야 되는데, 매니져는 나타나지 않고 전화로 짧은 영어로 자기말만 전달하고, 돈만 내라는 식으로 영업을 함. 예약이 안되어 있다고 해서 예약확인증을 보여주어도 자기들은 예약회사로부터 메일 안받았다고, ID를 보여달라고해서 여권보여주었더니, ID아니라고 계속 헛소리만 해대는데, 외국 여행자가 여권이 ID아니면 도대체 무었이 아이디냐고 물었더니, 계속 ID.
