We went as family of 4 between 28.12 and 30.12.2018.
The hotel room was clean, with a big bathroom.
The hotel room was rather small for 4 people, only manageable with a fair amount of goodwill.
The rail tracks are situated next to the hotel, but they were no problem because there are very few trains passing by and they run slowly and rather quietly. the water supply was rather low pressure, but still enough to take a shower.
The kitchenette is serviceable for small dinners.
The breakfast (paid extra) has a limited amount of selection, but fresh.
Toilets are an issue in this hotel.
There are none at the reception.
There are 2 toilets near the breakfast area, accessible after entering a code at the outside door. We only found out about these at departure time. When I went to the reception previously, they advised me at the reception to use the toilet within our hotel room
We also ran out of toilet paper in our hotel room.

L agent a l accueil traite mal au client ( très froide et arrogante , l architecture de l hôtel est comme le CROUS universitaire, il faut sortir pour joindre le restaurant alors qu il fait très froid , concernant le petit déjeuner il est très pauvre par port au prix , certain aliments sont pas frais ( prépare deux jours avant).

Bon hôtel, non loin du centre ville.
Idéal pour un séjour pendant la fête des Lumières.

Sol de à chambre en mauvais état. Dommage !
C'est effectivement dommage car c'est ce qu'on voit en rentrant et ça donne une mauvaise impression. Il serait probablement important d'investir dans un lino de meilleure qualité.

Très agréable
Situé proche de la gare, dans un quartier agréable. Vraiment la classe. La piscine pour se détendre, la kitchenette top, le personnel impeccable, la chambre très bien isolée.

Hotel tres accueillant, personnel aux services des clients.
Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas l'accès à la piscine apres 22h surtout pendant la période d'été
