This place is spotless , the staff really takes care of keeping the room , bathroom and common areas clean. Also the personal is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good, its served not buffet, includes bread, eggs, cheese, ham, juice, fruit and coffee. The location is also convenient, across the train station. For a basic hotel with all described above I give them a 5. Just know that it has no A/C and my husband and I felt the need for it one night.

The staff were very helpful! The view out of some of the rooms was outstanding. It was a little loud for a hotel, but quiet enough when you consider the rooms hallways and stairs were out of tile.

A wonderful place to stay before our trip to Machu Picchu. The room was clean and comfortable. They provide complimentary breakfast starting from early. A 5 minute walk to the bus station for Machu Picchu and close to the main town. They will also store your luggage for free.

Now I know that staying in a less expensive hotel in the Aguas Calientes area is not a good idea when there were so many other much nicer hotels in the same vicinity.

From check in we had a great time at this beautiful little inn. The views from our room were spectacular. Bed was comfortable, and they were accommodating when we asked for an extra pillow. My partner would rate it a 4 only because we didn’t have any air control like AC/heating. Breakfast was included and also great since we had a beautiful view in the panoramic breakfast room. Overall really enjoyed our stay! Would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay! The view from our room and the dining room of the river was really pretty! We especially loved how helpful and kind the manager was and all the other staff. The breakfast included was really good too. Would highly recommend!

This was a great spot for a short stay to visit Machu Picchu. If you can, request the water side rooms. Our room faced the train tracks in front of the hotel, which is very loud. You’d likely hear the train from anywhere in the city, so you can’t entirely avoid it. Once you get over that, it is easy to enjoy the hotel. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is good! The location is great and walkable to everything in town.
