This property is a lovely and safe place to stay! They are currently doing renovations, but I was not at all inconvenienced by any of it. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel itself was so quiet and all the guests were respectful and quiet. The beds and bedding were lovely. The bedding itself was soft and a perfect weight. The blackout shades are amazing! They totally kept the room so dark and I slept like a log. The rooms have both a microwave and refrigerator. Unusual to see a freezer part to it! I had a cooler pack so it was nice to keep it frozen. The breakfast was lovely! The waffles were light and fluffy (make your own) and there was everything you needed to get your day started. The staff was absolutely kind and friendly! They even make cookies at the front desk in the evening! They were truly a delicious treat after we came back from dinner! I would stay here again!

clean & modern

I sent a request for first floor suite bc of dog. The message was acknowledged, yet front desk just assigned the last of that room type before our arrival to another guest & claimed there was nothing in the notes. Room was very clean, new, spacious, well appointed & nicely decorated right down to the cool window shades. Breakfast was adequate. Empty buildings in surrounding area mixed with a few operational businesses.

Less than impressed

The desk attendant was not warm and friendly, appeared unhappy with her job. We got to our room and it had dried urine on the back of the toilet and on the floor of the bathroom. We traveled with wound dog and she started licking and sniffing the pillows and covers in the bed. This is not common for her, so I can only assume she could smell a previous pet.

Great hotel for a last minute stay on our vacation. Hotel under renovation but our room was clean and updated, comfortable and quiet. Front desk staff when we checked in at 9:30 was very friendly. Breakfast was ok but good for a quick meal before we left.

Check-in was horrible. The front desk attendant had an attitude the minute we walked in the door and was less than helpful in answering our questions. There were dead bugs all over the top of the couch and an odd crusty stain on the linens. Breakfast was decent but the only redeeming quality of this property.

Hotel.com is a scam

I booked on hotels.com and got to the hotel only to be told there was no space and still got charged. The biggest scam Ive ever seen.

Was not given the room I booked. Paid for King executive suite with sofa bed, got two queens and not a suite. Staff were unhelpful, management has been nonresponsive. Stained comforter and room smelled of pet urine.

Our room was clean. Nice staff. Coffee and cookies were available for an afternoon treat. Breakfast area could be cleaner. Breakfast items could be of better quality, fresher, and appear to be more appetizing. Waffles were sour tasting, sausage needed to be cooked more and apples were obviously very old.
