Lovely
Apartment was well kept and homely, prime location surrounded by essential shops as well as fun activities and monuments, only issue I had was having to use the physical key instead of digital one because of some issue, but was quickly resolved by the owner, overall I completely recommend this as a place to stay if you’re touring around Madrid.

Perfect location
This apartment is perfect for exploring the city. It’s located within walking distance of pretty much everything or is so close to bus stops and the metro if you would rather take public transport. Check in and out we’re very easy and the apartment is easy to find.

The best location in Madrid!
Everything was amazing about this property. The unit is centrally located, we parked the car in a garage 2 minutes away, then walked everywhere - didn’t need to drive anywhere. Clean unit, well equipped with everything we needed. Thank you for the amazing experience!

Had a 1 day stay over before flying out. Excellent location! Easy walking distance to main attractions and numerous restaurants. If you like biking, bike tour location is about 800 ft away.

Great location small place
We loved the location and the host was amazing and very accommodative and responsive. Thankfully every room had air conditioning, since it was so hot in Spain. The only issue we had was lack of closet space, if you are going with family for a few days. Would be nice to have some closets / storage space. Otherwise I would highly recommend this place.

Close to Royal Palace
The location is great and is walking distance from Royal palace. It’s on the ground floor of the building. The apartment had a washer that was not mentioned in the liaising so that was great.

This was a one day visit from Barcelona to Madrid, but this we discovered should have been a longer stay! The apt was in the perfect place of good food, sights, shops, and fabulous people! I would stay here again!

The ideal location!
The apartment was perfect for the two families we had staying there (total of 7 people). Location was close to the Metro, steps away from a market, walking distance from many of the sights we had on our list to see, and surrounded by restaurants and cafe’s. We would highly recommend!

Todo muy limpio y el apartamento queda cerca de todo son muy atentos al surgir un problema con el apartamento volvería nuevamente el único consejo daria es quiten la llave por codigo lo digital y moderno aveces falla en dos ocasiones tuve problemas para entrar al apartamento y aparentemente es o que se bloquea o se queda sin carga debe mejorar eso lo demás todo excelente

Perfect for a stay in central Madrid
The property is in an ideal location, a short stroll to Palacio Real de Madrid, Teatro Real, Plaza Mayor, the San Miguel Food Market, the metro staion, bars and restaurants and much more. There is also a Supermarket 20 metres away that charges decent prices (1.5L water 29cents!). The apartment itself was a good size for the 5 of us that were staying; having two shower rooms with toilets was a real bonus, the showers were perfect with good power. The kitchen was amply equipped and the fridge freezer a good size. The wifi was fast and te tv was a good size and loaded with smart features. Aall in all excellent value for money, we would certainly return here.

Great Location
My friend and I really found the location ideal for access to so much the area had to offer. The place felt spacious for us, the kitchen well-equipped, and all amenities were reliable. All of our needs were met. Our only concern was the surprising noise levels early in the morning related to the water heater and the neighbors (which cannot be controlled). Both of us needed a full nights' rest, but were unable to claim one during our stay.
