The building is located in front of a Plaza and the apartment rented was facing the very active Plaza. With lots of restaurants, cafes, shopping areas and tourist attractions within walking distance, this spot made it for a fantastic and secure location to live the local experience in Madrid. Double pane balcony doors kept the noise level inside the property down down at nights, but for a light sleeper there was still plenty street noise that could be heard inside the apartment, something we always mitigate with a white noise machine or earplugs. The property was aged but had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The only issue was that the jetted bathroom tub did not function but there was plenty of hot water and water pressure. It had heating and cooling, plus a washer machine in the kitchen a great plus. This was the best location ever for our 3rd Madrid visit! Would definitely stay here again in our next Madrid visit and I recommend it to others.

It was a two-floor apartment, nice & clean. It was in the center of Madrid with 24 hour service. Walking distance to shopping area & tourist attractions like the Palace & Mercado de San Miguel. Bus stops in front of property.

It is a great location within walking distance to shopping or historical sites. Room is needed some touch-ups to be called up-scale. Wi-Fi is so-so. Otherwise, is good and I would stay myself again and probably recommend for friends,

wonderful hotel! There is a small elevator for your convenience. The room was extremely spacious and had a small view over the street. It is within walking distance to many sights. The staff is extremely friendly and have the ability to book a flamenco show for you, should you wish to see one. I highly recommend this hotel, and if I am ever back in Madrid will undoubtedly stay here.

Don't go. Can't sleep at night. Hundred of people on the street,under the room, shouting and drinking till 4 am in the morning. Not nice smell in the corridors. The hotel is not in good condition.

In our apartment the air-conditioning was not working properly. We told the front desk they came to take a look at it but it never worked properly. The rest was excellent.
