Seven of us stayed at the house for a few nights. The house was a nice size for all of us to feel comfortable. Communication with both the manager (may be the owner, not sure) and the handy man was good. We had a few questions/issues and they were addressed very quickly. We thought we may need to drop some luggage off early and they were very kind to allow us the option. We had seen in the literature there would be a Keurig and when we could not find it, one was brought by very quickly. The same trip yielded some lamps for a bedroom that was had some lighting issues. The water pressure and hot water supply were great and the washer and dryer came in handy. The downstairs game room was a fun touch! There was even some sugar in the cabinet for our coffee. The sound of the rushing water in the creek below was so soothing. Only a couple of items could be addressed, kitchen towels were few and far between - one hand towel with a hole and one dishrag that had seen better days. The mattress cover downstairs was ripped to the point the sheets would not lie flat, and the ceilings, corners, etc could be dusted a bit. We were never able to get the WiFi to work, I understand some of this may be due to the mountains. We enjoyed coffee on the beautiful back porch and working puzzles on the large, accommodating dining table.
Overall, we had a great time and were very grateful for the timely help we received from the host and the friendly handyman.
