Seasonal Road Closure Notice: HWY 120 (Tioga Pass) generally closes for the winter from late October through late summer. Daily closures can also occur during periods of inclement weather in spring and fall. The Eastern entrance to Yosemite National Park is located 45 minutes from Mammoth Lakes. Yosemite's Eastern Gate or Tuolumne Meadows is not accessible when Tioga Pass is closed. All other Yosemite National Park entrances are open year round. No AC in the room and it got so warm in the room that we had to borrow an extra electric fan from the front desk,otherwise location was good and close to the town center.

This was a welcoming spot near the main street in Mammoth Lakes. It was clean and comfortable, making my stay easy. They had everything I needed... mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, hair dryer and comfortable bed. I only wish there was a recycling option.

The room was too hot. It should have some kind of air conditioner system. The portable fan was just not enough.

This property was a good place to stay for us on our fishing trip to Mammoth. It could have used some air conditioning on the warm nights, but the fan at the open window helps. The staff was friendly, but not present very much. When we checked in the girl simply pointed us to the wall with the envelopes and her names on them with no greeting.

No A.C. Although it was cool outside, inside was fairly warm during night. Without AC we couldn't sleep well. Hair dryer was broken, and office was closed during the night so no chance to replace it.
